need any length of 4-6ft wire metal fencing at low cost or donate to help get the neighbors dog have an area to run free so her owner will let her off the chain. If you can donate it for free that would be great since I am poor or if you can sell it at low cost, I would greatly appreciate it. The dog is not mine but its really hard to hear her crying all day, begging to be let off the chain.
