Accounts Payable/Reception F/T

Galaxy Motors in Courtenay is looking for a Full-time Accounts Payable/Receptionist to join our team! Applicant should have Accounts Payable experience, be able to multi-task in an ever changing environment, self-motivate, be proficient on a computer (especially with Excel) and have an energetic and friendly personality. Duties to include, but not limited to: Posting AP invoices Reconciliation of GL Accounts Creating Cheques Inventory Control Assisting Sales Team with Reports Answering Phones Greeting Customers General Office Duties and Much more!
