Nicks/marks and finish crazing throughout guitar. Small crack at heel and two on back near the waist. Big woody sound, a tone monster. The spruce top with birch back and sides give it more of a head-on, snappy sound. Back in 2004 when mixing the 12 Gates album in Vancouver BC with my friend Eric Bibb, this guitar had just been picked up from Fretter Guitars in Langley (in for a fret dress, neck reset and set-up) when Eric started playing it and immediately said, "Sell me this guitar...name your price." It hadn't been 2 hours since picking it up and there had been no time to enjoy it yet. I have enjoyed it now for 16 years and it's time to pass it on. Great guitar!
