Hiring movers & support staff for a new-to-the-valley business; which supports seniors with moving. Every client, and every move is different, patience and care is required with every move. We are looking for strong, caring, & professional humans to join our team. ****Due to COVID-19, our company requires all staff to wear face masks at all times. PPE provided.******* You would be: -Willing to wear a mask when at work -Able-bodied and able to lift +50 lbs with no prior injuries that would inhibit your working abilities -Willing to obtain a vulnerable persons sector criminal record check -Tidy & professional, patient, pleasant and reliable -Have a full drivers license and your own reliable vehicle -Prior moving experience -Prior experience working with seniors would be an asset Job Requirements * Clean Drivers abstract with valid Class 5 license * Able to work long hours & on weekends * Have experience in residential moving * Reliable, honest, and hardworking * Cell phone with data is an asset Physical ability * Able to lift 50+ LBS * Tasks include lifting heavy boxes, and items such as furniture and pianos, wrapping furniture, etc, * Crew are required to work in all weather conditions. Communication Skills * Punctual, polite, and professional. * Strong customer service skills. * Team player working effectively to complete job assignment in a timely manner. * Flexibility: have the ability to adapt to change, and be able to think on your feet and create solutions to problems or issues in the field. Organizational Skills * Solid knowledge of proper packaging, loading, and unloading of all types of items in the truck for an efficient move.
