For those who would like to know more:

We are looking for a ~2bdr (house, duplex, cottage, cabin, suite, farm, etc..) long-term rental available April/May with own laundry, a bit of outside space, a storage option, and dog friendly. Quiet and or rural setting preferred, a yard and a workshop would be wonderful (very best case scenario).

We are a couple in our early fourties, both working and we are respectful and quiet tenants (too old for partying..). We'd take good care of the property we'd be renting - lawn, garden, you name it. We'd be open to helping out on the property as part of a rental agreement as well.

We are moving further up island for work in Courtenay (contracts are signed) and are looking in the Comox Valley (north towards Campbell river is an option, so is south towards Fanny Bay, or Cumberland and surroundings), but really, anywhere can feel at home.

We are very active and outdoors and have a couple of bicycles, paddleboards, camping gear (hence the storage option or shed/den). Space for a bit of gardening would be awesome, a fenced yard even more so.
