 Log In needed Norlake Step-In Cooler

Walk-in Coolers aren't always these massive installations holding rack after rack of ingredients. They're the more efficient method of refrigeration, so sometimes, they're small step-in units that specialize in holding or creating a single ingredient (dry-aged meat anyone?)

We've got a small walk-in cooler with a side-mounted compressor. This is vastly superior for easy maintenance but takes up more horizontal space. That isn't an issue for this unit though as it's only 6' x 8'!

Replace 3 or 4 refrigeration units with this walk in cooler and gain refrigerated storage space!

They're also changing their business model (maybe we should introduce these two companies so they can merge!) and on Feb 12 we received a truck with 56 pieces of choice used refrigeration, ovens, and dishwashers.
