Rent and Water Tank

I am a single father and have been laid off since September of 2019 due to the Corona virus and have been collecting EI which barely covers my bills and food. I am currently 3 months behind on rent and just 2 days ago, January 16th 2021, my hot water tank went on me. I'm not one to ask for charity but it has come down to doing this page to see about getting some help. Any help would be greatly appreciated by me and my daughter.
