We are a retired seniors couple looking for a serviced site on which to park our 34' fifth wheel trailer for the summer. It is less than 10 years old, very well maintained, and self-contained.
Our plan is to use the RV as a "summer place", probably a week or two weeks per month, commuting from our permanent home in Sidney.
We would like to have 30 amp (110 V) , or ideally 50 amp (220, 220V) service, well or city water, and a dump for black and grey water. For the right site, we may be able to enter an arrangement to develop a site with services at our expense, with a corresponding exclusive use for a specified period.

This could be an ideal opportunity for an active farm, passive holding property requiring some on-site presence, or just a large parcel with room for an income-producing quiet couple and their RV.
