Iso Cumberland or downtown Courtenay rental starting Oct 15 or Nov 1 I'm a clean & friendly health care worker and outdoor enthusiast, seeking a cozy 1-2 bedroom small home or suite to settle into in Cumberland. Looking to rent or sublet starting Oct 15 or Nov 1, for at least 6months. Furnished and month to month lease would be ideal, but will make anything work (willing to sign a 1 year lease for the perfect place)! I do some virtual care from home, so a second bedroom or small office space is needed. Would love to have some outdoor space to potentially garden in. I don't have a pet, but am considering getting a small dog later in the winter.
