Wanted: 1-2 Bedroom Suite or Private Room in Cumberland or Royston - June 1st

Hi there! I'm looking for a 1-2 Bedroom Suite, Cabin or House to rent long term in Cumberland or Royston from June 1st. Would also consider a private room rental. I'm 34 years old, and work as a freelance project manager for two arts non profits based on the island. I'm originally from Scotland but moved over almost 2 years ago and have been living here since. As a tenant, I would consider myself quiet, easy going, respectful and tidy. I enjoy outdoor sports including hiking, climbing and sea kayaking- so I am often out doing those things in the evenings and at the weekends. At home- I am very quiet and I enjoy reading, gardening and yoga. I don't smoke, don't party and don't have any pets. And have great local references.
