You may observe a foul odour, a red tinge in your water, sediment in your tub, or any number of issues that, if left, could become major problems. As soon as you notice an issue, give me a call. I'll determine if it's a simple fix (like replacing the starter capacitor, for example) or a more complex one (like replacing the pump). Water Well (Real Estate) Inspections. Similar to a home inspection, a water well inspection helps answer important questions: Is there enough water? Pressure? Is the water safe to drink? What minerals are in it? Is it hard water? Is the well compliant with the Water Sustainability Act? Has it been maintained properly? An inspection will also indicate potential issues that you, the prospective buyer, should be prepared to take care of (and pay for) later on.
