$1,200 · Young professional looking for rental

Hello, I'm looking for a basement suite/townhouse/first floor apartment rental! I am employed full time at VIU, I am very quiet, respectful, don't smoke or have parties. My dog is a 11 year old spayed cattle dog mix who is quiet, shy, house trained and 40lbs. She would rarely be left alone in the suite as she goes to daycare or comes to work with me during the week. My boyfriend works camp shifts so he would only be there Friday night to Monday morning, he is also quiet, respectful and keeps to himself .On weekends we are hardly home during the day as I am usually out hiking, biking or enjoying the outdoors. Im looking to pay $1200 max with utilities included. Ideally I would prefer a 2 bedroom but, one bedroom works too ! Im looking in the Courtenay/Comox/Cumberland/Royston area. I am flexible on the move in date as well, just has to be Jan 1 and onwards :)
