The Role : As a People Services Client Partner at CLBC, you will collaborate with an assigned portfolio to build leadership and management capability that facilitates an open, inclusive, CLBC values-based workplace. You will: * Provide human resources consultation to operational clients, serving as a key member of their leadership team to drive talent strategies that are aligned with CLBC's strategy * Support leaders by planning, designing, and executing the successful delivery of HR Services inclusive of talent acquisition and planning, performance management, employee/labour relations, reward and recognition, employee health, safety and wellness, organizational change and development * Contribute business perspective and regional requirements to the design and delivery of regional-ready, HR programs and solutions that forward regional operations and CLBC's talent strategy * Leads the design and implementation of HR programs and processes into the business ensuring an effective, sustainable people strategy over the long term * Collaborates with internal program leaders to address client concerns proactively, and ensures business compliance with HR programs as well as partners with business leaders to be accountable for the organizational health of the client group, and workplace climate * Partner with specialists within the People and Culture Division to deliver comprehensive HR consultation, coaching and direction to client groups * Provide guidance and counsel to client groups on issues related to collective agreement and legal compliance, organizational policies and procedures, and employee relations * Conducts organizational diagnosis of critical talent pipelines and designs and implements people strategies to mitigate mission-critical roles in collaborationAs an HR Professional, you have strong generalist capabilities in a unionized environment and proven business partner experience in a mid-sized organization. You have an understanding of organizational dynamics and the ability to think strategically, as well as strong consulting and project management experience. You work effectively and communicate at all levels within the organization and have a proven track record of working with senior management and emerging leaders. You excel as a credible partner and coach to your clients. You enjoy multi-tasking and taking a collaborative, solutions-based approach. Most importantly, you are at a stage in your career where you want to leverage your HR expertise within an organization that is values-based, is constantly evolving and is making a positive impact on the community.
